Omni Projects is teamed with Hall Properties to develop and own real estate interests. Presently projects range from retail commercial real estate tracts, residential subdivision, vacation properties, and industrial sites.

Omni Projects invests in activities across a very diversified geographic area. Presently Omni has investments in Central Texas, the Houston Texas area, and Wyoming. Omni believes this diversification is wise in today's economy.

Omni Projects is always researching new and different investments in an effort to continue it's diversification efforts.


	Rivery Park located along IH35 in the heart of Georgetown, Texas is the prime development location in the county. A new Super Wal-Mart and Home Depot are now open.

In Central Texas Omni Projects and Hall Properties have interests in large to mid range multi family developments, commercial retail locations, industrial sites, and a single family subdivision. These developments are located along the IH 35 high growth corridor.

Huntsville is located directly in the path of the growth coming north along IH 45 from Houston. Omni Projects has under development a 127 acre affordable housing subdivision. This housing project will serve the growing need for criminal justice employees in the Huntsville area.

Omni Projects is in the development stage of a 600 plus acre vacation/resort subdivision. Lots range from 35 to 45 acres with fantastic views of three mountain ranges. Additionally, the area is along the migration routes for large animals traveling between winter and summer grazing sites.
